Ingredients.
1/2 cup of raisins
2 cup of sour cream
2 tbsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp of horseradish
1/2 tsp of salt
Method of Preparation.
Step1,
Take some water in a pan and warm it.
Step2,
Pour boiling water over 1/2 cup raisins and let stand 10 minutes.
Step3,
Drain well the raisins.
Step4,
Combine raisins, sour cream, salt, horseradish and lemon juice. Chill and serve over ham. (Makes about 2 cups.)
